Recommending a woman to the diaconate should not be taken lightly. Before you fill in and submit this form, please spend significant time in prayer for God's guidance and wisdom.

Understand that this is merely a recommendation form. The elders may not believe a woman is ready for the diaconate, or they may be privy to information that may disqualify a woman from serving in this capacity. Therefore, a recommendation for deaconess is not a nomination for deaconess.

Every deaconess must be qualified according to the guidance of 1 Timothy 3:11.
